All prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable when items are reduced in price for promotional or sale period, the new price will be displayed in red with the previous price shown with a strikethrough
All goods sold are based on first come first serve basis and all goods sold can only be returned with 48hrs after delivery, It is not refundable but exchangeable. Goods listed as ‘Sold out’ can still be purchased on Special Request of the customer although, the delivery time maybe longer than usual.
All items in this shop are available in boutique.
The price shown is fixed and non-negotiable.
The prices displayed on this website does not include delivery charges, it only includes delivery charges when buyer(s) purchases item(s) worth more than RM50 to be delivered to a single address in Malaysia however, it does not include Shipping Fee for International Customers.
Before buying,You must study the measurement of every item precisely before placing an order. (All items sold are not exchangable or refundable for reasons such as size,color and material reasons)
To alert us on your payment, You must fill up the Payment Notification form once the payment is remitted.
You cannot change your order items once the payment is confirmed.
You will receive items around 4-7 working days after the payment is confirmed.
Note - This estimation time is calculated based on overall successful deals from our previous customers, you might receive the parcel late due to custom checking, late delivery by the courier company too. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
Photographic images used may defer slightly from actual product detail but we have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appears on the site as accurately as possible. Please note that the product colors you see will depend on your monitor's ability to read these colors. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's evaluation of product color will accurately reflect the product upon delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver items to clients within Malaysia and Singapore although upon special request by call, we could offer wholesale purchase to other countries with extra shipping charges paid by the client. You will get an email confirmation after each purchase so, ensure that you provide an existing email that you can access. All items are processed to be delivered within (2)days of your purchase and you will receive an sms on the number you provided as soon as your item has been sent. This message will contain tracking number with reference to the delivery of your item(s). We absorb the delivery charges on items worth more than RM50 delivered by POSLAJU Malaysia to clients within Malaysia. We strive to deliver your order to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest time possible. For all deliveries a signature will be required. All Standard orders will be sent by PosLAJU Malaysia except on special request from buyer.
We provide a special quick delivery services called Express Delivery for clients with urgency. To use this service, You must send an sms request with the reference number for your purchase to 60167685151 or email@example.com,this must be done immediately after the Online Payment is done in order to get your reference number. You would get a response with quickest possible time your can be delivered and Express delivery charges. All Express orders will be sent by courier and delivered with 48hrs although, client must pay extra charges for this services. All orders will be sent within 2 working days of the order being placed and customers would received their order within 5 workings.
Refunds and Return Policy
All orders are checked for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive an unsatisfactory item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange. All other cases will only be eligible for a one-for-one exchange.
When you are not completely happy with your purchase, We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund(where Terms and Conditions is applicable)if and only if, we are notified in less than 2 days after the order has been received by the customer. Before returning an item you must notify us via an sms or whatsapp at +60167685151 within 24 hours of postage and also, you must send tracking details for the item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Meanwhile, please make sure you return the item in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED Goods Returned must be posted via Pos Laju within 5 days of receiving your order. Some items and women accessories cannot be returned.
Customers returning parcels to us must provide proof of postage like tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel. It would be better to send via registered mail or courier with tracking number.
Postages incurred for sending the items with issues back to us with be borne by buyer and the items we sent back to buyers after following up on the respective issues will be borne by us, the seller. Simply, buyer pays for the postage and send back the items to us and we pay for the postage and send them the items to them after rectifiying the issues.
If the new piece of item is not available for exchange you will be refunded a credit of the item to your member account only and this credit may be used in your next order with us.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards. We also accept card payment through and other Online Banking Services in Malaysia such as MayBank2u. You confirm that the debit or credit card being used is yours and that all the personal information which you are required to provide us as a customer is true and accurate for delivery purposes.
